Senior financial leadership with a heavy customer focus

Since joining HUESKER, I’ve been warmly welcomed by the local team and I’m enjoying being part of a values led company with deep technical capability, product knowledge with a heavy customer focus. My career has included senior financial leadership roles in multinational’s, large private groups and a couple of niche service and manufacturing organisations in diverse industries including quarrying, capital equipment for protein manufacturing, advertising and trades, giving me a strong appreciation for the importance of building relationships, coupled with practical commercial outcomes, streamlined systems and building capable businesses that are easy to deal with.

Although I am relatively new to geosynthetics, I’m appreciating the depth of knowledge of HUESKER´s people in the products and service offered within the environmental, construction, infrastructure and mining industries. What has stood out to me most is the culture and quality of the people here. The team is dedicated, skilled and focused on solving customers problems

A key area for me since joining has been to fully integrate our local business to leverage HUESKER's global systems and resources to align our internal systems. For our customers, the aim is to create a consistent, streamlined service to respond better and communicate more with a connected approach from enquiry through to delivery.

I am also focused on ensuring our sales efforts reflect what HUESKER does best by combining technical depth, product expertise, installation support and practical project understanding. HUESKER is a solutions-focused partner, committed to helping customers achieve successful project outcomes

Personal Interests and Future Outlook

Beyond HUESKER, I spend much of my time driving my kids to many sports activities, capturing sport action photos (usually of their teams) and indulging in some bushwalking and nature photography when I get time.

I am enjoying the company, people and the opportunity to contribute to a professional business “Engineering for a better world”. I look forward to meeting more of our customers and supporting the team as we continue to strengthen the value HUESKER Australia brings to the market.
